Price
The price of items in our shop are indicated in Swiss francs and in euros, net amount. The races do not benefit from any particular guarantee and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to UnviersAll Run. If there is a delay in the production of our products, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
Available items are sent by post within approximately 14 days (for Switzerland and France). The price includes delivery of the medal to the address indicated during your purchase.
Return or exchange policy
UniversAll Run cannot be held responsible for defective goods. Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging accompanied by the delivery slip, maximum 7 days upon receiving your package. In the event that your medal arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at logistics@universallrun.com. Before any return, we will ask you for a photo for proof. The shipping costs associated with the return are your responsibility. The return address will be communicated to those concerned. We will do our best to resend a new medal to you as soon as possible, we will bear the new delivery costs.
Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to report to us any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to enable us to remedy the issue.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing but will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Court of Geneva.
